Greg Hummer MD
Co-Founder & CEO
Trained as a trauma surgeon at the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Hummer served as a medical consultant to NASA and founded two successful healthcare technology companies. He earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University and a bachelor’s in chemistry and computer science from the University of Notre Dame. Dr. Hummer has deep expertise in clinical diagnosis of infectious diseases with the ability to leverage bioinformatics and nanotechnologies.
Matthew Hummer
Co-Founder
Mr. Hummer is a specialist in data science and analytics with applications in diagnostics, supply chain and infrastructure sustainability and security. He held senior management positions at two data technology startups, including Govini and Bloomberg Government. Mr. Hummer has extensive experience building platforms that generate, process and analyze data for improved decision making. He has held senior analyst roles at the U.S. Department of State, BlackRock Financial Management and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Hummer earned degrees in public policy and data science from Georgetown University and finance and economics degrees from Fordham University.
Bruce Raben
President
Mr. Raben is the founding partner of Hudson Capital Advisors. Starting in 1979 at Drexel Burnham Lambert, he worked on many leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations, including Mattel Toys, SFN, Magma Copper, Warnaco, Mellon Bank and John Fairfax. Mr. Raben went on to co- found the corporate finance department at Jefferies & Co. in 1990. There, he led Jeffries entering the energy and gaming industries. At CIBC World Markets, Mr. Raben led the bank’s founding investment and financing of Global Crossing.
Judith Mansour
Chief Investment Officer
Judith Mansour is a seasoned fundraising professional with over 30-years of experience. Having worked in both the nonprofit and enterprise sectors, she has formed lasting relationships with constituents and stakeholders across industries ranging from affordable housing and homeownership, social and health services, academia, media and the arts. Judith has a proven track record raising critically needed capital for projects that improve quality of life. She resides in a suburb of Cleveland with her husband and daughter.
Joe Mosbrook
Chief Marketing Officer
With more than 30 years of marketing, media and public relations experience, Joe Mosbrook has guided a wide range of Fortune-500 companies and startups through a myriad of brand building and reputational issues, ranging from national communications strategies to targeted marketing campaigns. He has served as media spokesperson for multiple nuclear power facilities, including Three Mile Island, as well as Fortune-500 companies, including FirstEnergy Corp., Lincoln Electric, Moen Incorporated and Sherwin Williams. Mr. Mosbrook has served as spokesperson and reputational consultant to a wide range of national public figures, including Congresswomen Shontel Brown and Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson. He serves as managing partner of Acclaim Communications, a full-service marketing and advertising firm in Cleveland.
Ann Hawkins
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Hawkins is a member of Edward C. Hawkins & Co., Ltd., a CPA firm and a member of the law firm, Hawkins & Company, LLC. She received her law degree from Marquette University and her B.B.A with honors from the University of Notre Dame. Ms. Hawkins is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Wisconsin Bar Association and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Hawkins was admitted to the United States Supreme Court, Supreme Court of the States of Ohio, Wisconsin and Florida.
Jeff Spagnola
Senior Advisor
Mr. Spagnola served 34 years in the communications industry working in a variety of sales and technical marketing roles. Early sales roles included NCR, Case Communications and Develcon Electronics, which prepared him for leadership roles at Cisco Systems. Throughout his 26 years at Cisco, Mr. Spagnola’s leadership helped the company grow revenues from $79 million domestically to a global enterprise with nearly $50 billion in revenues and more than 75,000 employees.
Dick Buell
Senior Advisor
Mr. Buell is an independent consultant to private equity firms on acquisitions and mergers. His recent engagements include GTCR, Madison Dearborn, BC Partners, KKR and Goldman Sachs. Prior to launching his advisory firm, Mr. Buell was chairman and CEO of Catalina Marketing Corp., a global marketing firm, which was sold to private equity firm Hellman & Friedman for $1.7 billion. Dick served as CEO and chairman of Willis Stein & Partners, a private equity firm focused on consumer packaged goods. Mr. Buell was president and COO of Foodbrands America, which was sold to Tyson Foods in 2001. Earlier in his career he was president and CEO of Griffith Laboratories and vice president of marketing for Kraft Foods Company. Mr. Buell has served on many boards including: American Society of Mechanical Engineers, SC Johnson, Prestige Brands, University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Marketing and Purdue University’s Marketing Advisory Council.

Mr. Barrett is president of Barrett Advisory, a strategic and operational consulting firm involved with Whole Health Management, Thomas H. Lee Partners, SAP America, Green Visions, Healthspot and Endotronix. Prior to launching his advisory firm, Mr. Berrett was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Whirlpool Corporation and chief financial officer of Global Fabric & Home Care at Procter & Gamble. Steve has an MBA in finance from Boston College and a bachelor’s in pre-professional/chemistry from the University of Notre Dame.

Mark Mathieson
Vice President Commercialization
Mr. Mathieson has over 20 years experience in designing, launching, marketing, and selling diagnostic tests and systems in the U.S. and overseas. Much of his time has been spent in securing strategic alliances with healthcare providers and establishing distribution partnerships in US and international distributor channels. Mark is a published author on COVID-19 testing and policy with the University of Minnesota Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy. He holds a BA in political science from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Rupesh Mishra Ph.D.
Lead Research Scientist
Dr. Mishra served as a research scientist at Purdue University’s School for Biomedical Engineering and the Center for Wearable Sensors at the University of California San Diego. He earned his Ph.D. in biosensors and has authored more than 55 journal articles. Dr. Mishra developed sensor technologies for the U.S. Department of Defense and for multiple Fortune-500 companies. Dr. Mishra’s expertise includes nanomaterials, enzymes, biofouling, electroactive materials, aptamers and ink-jet precision printing.
Navin Pai Ph.D.
Research Scientist
Dr. Pai is a molecular biologist with a Ph.D. in molecular genetics. His doctoral work focused on coagulation and the identification of thrombosis connected with myeloproliferative neoplasms and antenatal testing for protein C deficiency. His research employed flow cytometry techniques to detect aberrant cell signaling for diagnosing MDS patients. Dr. Pai’s postdoctoral work at the University of California San Diego Nanoengineering Department included research in photoacoustic imaging to develop efficient point-of-care measurement of heparin levels. Dr. Pai has extensive experience with nucleic acid engineering, DNA synthesis and DNA polymerase.
Koteshwara Reddy Ph.D.
Research Scientist
Dr. Reddy is a material scientist with a Ph.D. in chemistry. His doctoral work focused on biopolymer stabilized metal nanoparticles. Dr. Reddy was assistant professor at the Department of Chemistry at the National Institute of Technology Warangal, Telangana India. He conducted postdoctoral research in the Department of Energy Science and Technology at Myongji University, Yongin Republic of Korea, where he focused on material synthesis of carbon nanomaterials, bimetallic chalcogenides, molecular imprinted polymers, hybrid nanocomposites for electrochemical biosensors, energy, photo/electrocatalytic, corrosion and biomedical applications.
Rod Corder
Lead Hardware/Software Developer
Mr. Corder has more than 30 years of experience in high-technology product design and development in consumer, industrial and regulatory environments. His expertise ranges from product concept through development to scaled production. Mr. Corder is a veteran of several startup technology companies including chip design, artificial intelligence, computer peripherals, information security and medical devices. He has held senior product management positions at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Lab, Rockwell Semiconductor, Dwyer Instruments and ServiceFlow.
Felicia Hosey
Director Regulatory Affairs
Ms. Hosey has nearly 20 years the medical device industry, serving as a researcher on developmental projects, key product development, regulatory project team leader, and regulatory consultant to a wide variety of medical device and in vitro diagnostic medical device companies. She has overseen regulatory submissions for nearly 100 medical devices in the U.S. and abroad.
Mike Gerry
Director, Global Supply Chain
Mr. Gerry has more than 25 years of experience in supply chain operations and procurement work leading, developing and transforming global supply chains in the medical device and medtech industries. Mr Gerry has held leadership roles in large companies such as DJO Global and Apria Healthcare, as well as several startups. Mr Gerry's expertise is in leading global supply chain, sourcing and procurement operations to launch, improve and profitably scale products. Mr. Gerry holds a BS degree in systems engineering and will play a critical role in the creation and execution of global supply chain and sourcing operations for IdentifySensors.

IdentifySensors® Biologics is developing and expanding an extensive diagnostic platform intended to rapidly detect a wide range of infectious pathogens through solid-state digital biosensors that connect to the cloud. This all-electronic process uses no enzymes, reagents or amplification. The biosensors are graphene-based printed electronics that are incorporated inside a portable device that accepts saliva samples for testing.
